Your Vision. Our Expertise.
We are a behavioral health consulting firm dedicated to helping Ohio providers achieve regulatory certification, operational readiness, and sustainable growth.
Meet the Founder
Isatou Kassama, MSW, LSW
Founder & Principal Consultant
Isatou Kassama is a licensed social worker with deep expertise in Ohio behavioral health regulation. She founded Auxlia Consulting LLC to provide the kind of hands-on, accessible consulting that smaller and community-based providers rarely have access to.
With a Master of Social Work and an active Ohio LSW license, Isatou brings both clinical understanding and regulatory knowledge to every engagement. She has guided organizations through Ohio Department of Behavioral Health certification, CARF accreditation preparation, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Her approach is direct, practical, and rooted in genuine care for the communities these organizations serve.
Areas of Expertise
Our Mission
To make high-quality compliance consulting accessible to every behavioral health provider, regardless of size, funding, or background, so that more Ohioans can access the care they need.
Accessible
We serve small startups and community-based organizations who are often priced out of large consulting firms.
Culturally Competent
We understand the communities our clients serve and bring that understanding into every document we produce.
Results-Driven
Our goal is your certification, your accreditation, your sustainability, not billable hours.
